Responsibilities Assist with administrative duties within the Human Resources Department.Process employment applications and maintain tracking log; assist in scheduling interviews and pre-employment testingUpdate Applicant Tracking System with new hires; off-board terminated employeesConduct new hire orientationsMaintain weekly manpower schedule; Update Kronos with shift changes (audit records)Run weekly attendance reports and administer write upsAssist and motivate with completion of BU CoursesRAD team leader – handle ordering of prizes and awards.Administer HRIS system changes.Assist with employee benefit issuesAssist on various HR special projects; participate on a teamMaintain employee filesAssist with walk in questionsParticipate in Plant and departmental Quality meetingsServe as back up to HR Generalist and HR ManagerOther duties as assigned Qualifications

 

Exceptional communication and organization skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience is preferred.Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required.
