Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living We're seeking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator with strong customer service skills and a high standard of excellence. You'll be joining a strong, cohesive team in an environment like no other. In this front-facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for the department- Making strong connections with new and existing employees at all levels. General responsibilities include greeting visitors & assisting employee inquiries; providing assistance with benefit programs; general office management; providing consultative end-user support & guidance for HRIS systems; facilitating employee engagement events; creating promotional flyers & communications; generating repots; and providing an exceptional customer experience.
