Human Resources Coordinator

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily data entry and tracking in multiple databases Responsible for maintaining files of all applicants and job interest forms Greet applicants as they arrive for interviews Ensure that applicants complete all pre-interview steps Process in new hires and rehires as needed Process backgrounds for seasonal employees Provide administrative support to full-time staff Participate in off-site recruitment events as needed Assist with additional assignments and projects as neededTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and ADP Enterprise Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle high volume of calls Quick learner and able to work with minimal supervision Must be punctual and maintain a good attendance record Maintain organized and clean work area Personable and outgoing, able to work well with others Strong people skills to positively interact with applicants, employees and guests, promoting our “Guest First” standards Self starter and “out-of-the-box” thinker Good verbal and written communication skills Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ethics Ability to work days, nights and weekends as scheduled
