Human Resources Coordinator

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily data entry and tracking in multiple databasesResponsible for maintaining files of all applicants and job interest formsGreet applicants as they arrive for interviewsEnsure that applicants complete all pre-interview stepsProcess in new hires and rehires as neededProcess backgrounds for seasonal employeesProvide administrative support to full-time staffParticipate in off-site recruitment events as neededAssist with additional assignments and projects as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:

Computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and ADP EnterpriseExcellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle high volume of callsQuick learner and able to work with minimal supervisionMust be punctual and maintain a good attendance recordMaintain organized and clean work areaPersonable and outgoing, able to work well with othersStrong people skills to positively interact with applicants, employees and guests, promoting our “Guest First” standardsSelf starter and “out-of-the-box” thinkerGood verbal and written communication skillsMaintain a high degree of confidentiality and ethicsAbility to work days, nights and weekends as scheduled
