Human Resources Coordinator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, payroll, training and recognition.

Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision.

Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment, enrollment and pay changes.

Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications and distribute as directed.

Manage processes connected with the onboarding of new employees, process terminations largely consisting of ensuring UltiPro data entry and communication to respective departments.

Provide information on employee programs and policies.

Enter and maintain all employee information in UltiPro (HRIS).

Assists with new hire orientations/making packets, assist with open enrollment.

Gather information and prepare reports on various HR topics as needed.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred. Two year’s previous human resources office experience required.

SKILLS:

- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices.
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for employment.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing employee data and generating reports.
- Ability to facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
