🐝 About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to support HR policies and employee relations. You'll manage and co-ordinate HR enquiries from leaders and provide guidance on employee matters. In addition, you will co-ordinate, learning and traineeships, assist with payroll queries, ensure compliance, and maintain HR records. Being a super user in our HRIS System Workday assisting with key stakeholders and processing employee lifecycle and compliance tasks for all employees. Working with an inclusive and collaborative team and leaders, you'll also support stakeholder by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment aligned with our values and goals.
🐝 Key Responsibilities:
Traineeships/Apprenticeships: Oversee program setup, administration, and participant support.Ensure new employees are set up in HRIS Workday ensuring all system access and compliance checks are correctly uploadedMaintain and update employee records in Workday.Ensure accurate documentation of employee lifecycle events (onboarding, promotions, terminations, etc.).Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.HR Support: Respond to HR enquiries, provide guidance on policies, and assist with employment processes and payroll conditions.Support employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and wellness programs.Employee Data Management: Maintain records across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.Compliance & Audits: Maintain and audit the employment checks register to ensure compliance.
🐝 Key Experience & Skills:
Qualified or studying towards a Human Resource Management qualification.Proficiency in maintaining and auditing employment compliance documents.Knowledge in on payroll conditions, awards, and agreements and experience in training stakeholders on the same.Knowledge of reviewing and setting up employee transition terms for acquisitions across systems.
