Human Resources Coordinator
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Human Resource's team.
This organized, communicative individual will be responsible for supporting HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, employee engagement, and general administrative tasks like data entry.

This position reports to the Human Resources Operations Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Somerville, MA.
Responsibilities:
Various data entry and analysis projects using Microsoft Excel Initiating on-line pre-hire paperwork Scanning and maintaining employment records Creating offer letters Completing new-hire information into our HRIS system Completing verifications of employment Gain full understanding of all company benefit offerings Assist with the onboarding process Administrative support on various Employee Engagement events Assisting HR department with other areas such as benefits administration, employee relations and activities planning, and employee customer service Serve as a back-up to the front-desk reception area Other duties as assignedMost important responsibility:

High School diploma or GED required Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to read, write, and understand English Multi-tasker and detail oriented Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorshipMust have a reliable form of transportation
Preferred Requirements:
Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now. A college degree in a related field is preferred.
