Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with monitoring the Learning Management System (LMS) for compliance, provide recruitment support, track pre-employment requirements, and assist with various other HR-related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring all HR policies, procedures, and documentation are current and up-to-date. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting employee engagement activities, maintaining job descriptions, and preparing HR reports.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with monitoring Learning Management System (LMS) for compliance and completion of required training modules.Track and process pre-employment requirements, schedule interviews, and conduct new hire orientations.Monitor I-9 compliance by running monthly reports and coordinating with local HR representatives.Ensure all HR policies and procedures in the shared drive are current and updated as needed.Maintain and update a catalogue of job descriptions for all locations.Answer and direct HR mainline phone calls and incoming faxes/emails.Receive and distribute HR mail.Proofread and create documents, forms, flyers, and postings produced by the department.Support employee transfers, changes in job classification/title, and other related employment paperwork.Prepare human resource reports such as open positions, new hire, and turnover reports.Ensure all labor law posters are current and manage the account.Provide support with employee engagement activities.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsHuman resourcesOnboardingData entryAdministrative supportRecruitingCustomer serviceHR support2+ years of HR experienceBachelor's degreeProficient in MS Office SuiteAdditional Skills & QualificationsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate general office equipment.Ability to present in front of a group.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel knowledge preferred.Ability to maintain confidential information.Minimum two (2) years of entry-level human resources experience preferred.HR-related certificate or degree strongly recommended.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Work Environment
The Human Resources Coordinator will work in a standard office environment with general office equipment. The role may require some travel to various locations. The position involves frequent use of a computer, phone, and other office equipment. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail is crucial. Professional attire is expected.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
