The HR Coordinator will represent the HR team and Hyatt brand in aprofessional,friendly and positive manner in all interactions.
The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with greeting allcolleagues,visitors,and applicants while maintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources office.Responsibilities willalsoinclude, although not limitedto:maintenance of incoming calls, answering/fielding questions, walk-in inquiries, special projects,Colleague Relationscoordination/execution,maintenance ofHRoffice environment, andsupporting our Recruitment process with on-boardingassistance.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must be fluent in English and Spanish
+ Multi-system proficiency (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint)
+ A true desire to fulfill the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
+ Refined verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
+ Professional presentation skills
+ Previous Hospitality HR Experience preferred
