Job Description:
Serves as a fully-integrated member of an assigned business unit by providing comprehensive HR consultation and support services to business operations. Maximizes the effectiveness of leaders and contributes to the achievement of strategic objectives. Assists HR leadership with projects, as requested. The Human Resources Business Partner is skilled at employee relations to include coaching, labor law application, conducting investigations and making recommendations to leaders. The HRBP has a key role in assimilation of new employees to the organization to drive retention and lower turnover. The HRBP acts as a change leader to support the organization in organizational initiatives.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in related filed such as human resources, business with two years of strategic HR experience.
2. Will consider 5+ years strategic HR experience in lieu of a bachelor degree but must obtain degree within two years of hire.
