The Signia by Hilton Orlando is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR Team, supporting both the Signia by Hilton Orlando and Waldorf Astoria Orlando!
\nThe Signia by Hilton Orlando boasts 1009 bedrooms and suites, while Waldorf Astoria Orlando boasts 501 deluxe rooms and suites. We have 5+ associates that report to our Area HR Director!
\n\nThe ideal candidate for this position holds 1+ years working most recently in hotels and is eager to build a career in Human Resources!
\n\nShift Pattern: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM
\nPay Rate: $20.00 per hour

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Human Resources Coordinator, you would be responsible for assisting the HR department in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function to deliver an excellent guest experience and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nSupports with daily Human Resources operations and data management systems of department\nSupport team member relations programs, activities, and initiatives to include, but not limited to, picnics, holiday functions, health fairs, award banquets and special events\nEnsure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and regulations\n
