Human Resources Data Entry Clerk
DESCRIPTION: The HR Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties in the Human Resources and Warehouse Departments. The duties include, but not limited to, tracking the time and attendance, productivity, and drafting warnings. FUNCTIONS: + Verify and track employee attendance + Utilize ADP daily for attendance documentation + Utilize time card system (Novatime) to ensure employee punches are correct + Run weekly reports to track attendance + Run daily reports to report OT + Receiving calls and messages of employees calling out or late + Draft warnings as necessary + Assist new hires with on boarding process (ADP); coordinate new hire orientation and all training paperwork + Manage the Vocollect system: process new hires and terms- Grant/Remove accesses for warehouse employees + Weekly data entry: running reports, compiling and entering data + Track employee production and draft warnings as necessary; ensure all warnings are signed and returned timely. Escalate any issues to management when necessary. + Identify reoccurring issues and collaborate with the HR team to resolve + Be point of contact for warehouse employees REQUIREMENTS: + High School diploma is required. + 1 to 3 years admin experience + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines + Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel + Efficient, organized, flexible and dependable + Bilingual English Spanish Required + Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus BENEFITS: + Full Medical + Dental + Vision + 401K Company Match + PAID Sick, Personal and Vacation Days
