Human Resources Data Management Representative (Hybrid)

Job Description

Assists in second level data entry and employee service support to Site HR and organization department managers. Assists in researching policy, process and transactional questions related to HR Processing function for the organization.

Job Responsibility

Using established procedures, policy manuals, knowledge base and other reference materials, assists Site HR or department managers with inquiries and works to resolve issues. Communicates objectives, policies, procedures, and government regulations to Site HR and other users. Processes complex and non-routine HR, Benefits or Payroll transactions requiring more specialized functional knowledge or expertise in application. Responds to complex questions and issues from the Employee Service Center Customer Support Specialists; escalates questions and issues to Team Lead, Strategy Teams and Site HR as required. Suggests methods to update, streamline and enhance processes, procedures and technologies. Updates HR Processing transaction database for each transaction request submitted. Recommends updates to Job Aides and SOP’s as necessary. Administers In-Services/Education sessions at the sites related to process updates or changes, as assigned. May assist staff members level staff members with processing protocols. Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
