Job Description
As the LATAM Region HR Director, you will plan and execute all aspects of people and organization related initiatives, to drive business success. As a BHR Partner, you will drive both strategic and operational HR services and partner with highly respected business leaders to deliver the full generalist remit. You will be involved in a number of HR initiatives whilst also managing to execute core HR programs to strengthen and optimize the organization culture, talent and business results. You will be a key member of LATAM Region Leadership Team and International Allergan Aesthetics HR Leadership Team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Serves as the primary strategic partner to the business, developing HR strategies, needs assessments and resulting HR solutions.Achieves world-class talent and leadership by driving competitive talent attraction, acquisition, development, and retention within our critical capabilities (P&L Leadership, Allergan Medical Institute) and key markets.Strategically leads and executes plans to help drive business priorities and organizational changesResponsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all HR programs and services. Responsible for driving the HR agenda within the businessEstablishes, builds and maintains strong relationships with key HR partners from all Practice Areas and Center of Excellence to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs: includes relationship management, leadership, HR roles/responsibilities, and center of excellence commitments.Amplifies our culture and Ways We Work behaviors delivering results consistent with one of the world’s greatest workplacesLeads high-impact people change programsIs the ambassador of the HR organization to represent the services and resources available to the business and help manage the collective reputation of the HR organization as a whole.Coordinates and implements HR strategies to meet organizational needs of a major segment of the business.Ensures compliance with all relevant local country legislation, regulations, policies and practices.Provides expert consultative and problem-solving services to managers, employees and other HR functions regarding HR policies and practices, talent management, performance management, and other ER areas.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.A significant number of years as a Human Resources generalist partnering with commercially astute client groupsExperience working within complex matrixed and contemporary environmentsStrong collaborator capable of influencing and building credible relationships with stakeholders, including senior executivesDemonstrated understanding of organizational development activities preferred. Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business.Confidence and well develop consulting and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Solid understanding of legislative frameworksProactive desire to provide exceptional service to your customers
