An\nexcellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human Resources\nDirector in our UOP business located in Rosemont, IL. In this exciting\nopportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensive\nexperience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and support\nglobal business leaders who are driving growth, innovation and employee\ndevelopment.
You\nwill partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and\nactively develop/lead HR strategy, organizational development, talent\nmanagement, inclusion and diversity and effective AOP census management for a\n$1.2B line of the UOP business. You will build upon your HR functional\nexpertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with\nbusiness objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing\nstrategies to promote talent and growth.

· 7+\nyears' progressive professional Human Resources experience
· 5+\nyears’ experience in Human Resources leadership/management roles within a\nglobal organization
·\nStrong data analytic skills
·\nDemonstrated ability to take data and business observations and create/deliver\neffective HR strategies
·\nDemonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
·\nDemonstrated ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment
·\nStrong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive\nresults in a highly matrixed organization.
·\nDemonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership\ndevelopment and coaching.
