Assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of the recruitment plan.
Assist in the assessment of manpower needs.
Implement recruitment procedures.
Implement Induction procedures.
Assist in the development and delivery of the resourcing/recruitment plan taking account of business needs, manpower plans, and budgeting.
Research suitable means and sources for advertising vacant posts and evaluate the means.
Conduct follows ups with department heads/section heads to identify manpower needs and section priorities.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
Administer Induction programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the current/future recruitment and induction procedures.
Coordinate interviews as and when required following approved recruitment procedures.
Assist in performing reference checks for potential employees.
Coordinate the day-to-day administrative and record-keeping tasks.
Carry out the on-boarding procedures for new joiners in accordance with the approved on-boarding procedures.
Arrange and take part in selected interviews as and when required in accordance with approved recruitment procedures.
Execute the recruitment needs within the planned manpower figures and deadlines.
At least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
HR-related certificates or strong knowledge of HR-related subjects especially the Oil and Gas industry positions an advantage.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
At least 3 years of related HR experience.
Proven knowledge and experience in recruitment practices.
Good knowledge of computer operation and relevant software, Microsoft Office, etc.
