The human resources expert works under the supervision of the human resources manager.
This job will be related to all sub-processes of human resources. In cases of need, skill deficiencies will be compensated by in-service training.
Recruitment and recruitment: mastery of the components including posting ads, reviewing resumes, interviewing and recording recruitment records

Education: Familiarity with needs assessment, selection of training methods, conducting training and recording records
Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in all academic fields
Working hours: Start of work at 8:00 a.m. (half an hour shift) , Thursdays (half day), overtime: very limited (if needed).
