Requirements:

At least four years of work experience in a related field.Proficient in organizational charts.Familiar with administrative and personnel affairs.Proficient in labor laws, communication techniques, and psychological principles.Ability to improve working relationships and maintain a healthy workplace and develop organizational culture.Proficient in 360 and KPI performance management.
