Demirchi Industrial Engineering Group is looking for a committed and experienced human resources expert to join its team in Tehran, Shamsabad Industrial Town. In this role, the person will be responsible for managing recruitment and recruiting processes, performing personnel tasks and collaborating with internal managers to meet human resource needs. Working hours: from 07:15 to 16:45 (Saturday to Wednesday)

Responsibilities:
- process management Recruiting, including announcing the need, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and presenting proposals
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with volunteers and facilitating the entry processes of new recruits
- Collaborating with internal managers to determine human resource needs
- Using human resources software to maintain personnel information
- Preparing regular and accurate reports on recruiting and hiring activities
- Facilitating salary and wage processes using relevant calculation systems

Competencies:
- Degree in human resources management
- Full familiarity with human resource personnel software and Microsoft Office
- Skill in electronic communication through organizational email
- Ability to use the salary calculation system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a dynamic work environment
