Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.Manage employee relations by handling grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.Assist in performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.Contribute to learning & development initiatives, supporting employee upskilling and career growth.Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Handle HR data and reporting, analyzing trends to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated with HR best practices and labor law regulations to ensure compliance and HR policy improvements.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or related HR roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
