- Preparation of Different Occupational Opinions
- Preparing all necessary forms of performance assessment
- Provide creative suggestions and solutions to enhance staff loyalty
2. Recruitment and Recruitment
- Publishing job ads on various platforms
- Review and screening resumes and selecting appropriate candidates
- Coordination and Conduct of Telephone and Forensic Interviews
To determine the employment needs of
- on/off boarding new and previous forces
3. Employees Management
- Procurement and Updated Personnel Files
- Tracking and Extending their employment contracts
- Register and review staff of staff
Human Resources Issues
4. Education and Development
- Identification of staff training and planning training
- Coordination for holding workshops and training seminars
- Evaluation of employee performance after training
5. Organizational Performance Evaluation and Culture
- Helping Implementation of Performance Evaluation Process
- Participation in Implementation of Motivational Programs and Improvement of Organizational Culture
- Collaboration in Implementation of Organizational Polls and Analysis of Results
6 . Administrative and Payroll Affairs
- Preparation of Human Resources Reports and Provide to Management
- Coordination with the Finance to Calculate Salaries and Benefits
- Tracking Social Security Insurance and Employees' benefits
Required Skills and Competences:
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of human resources
- Introduction to Labor Laws and Social Security Insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate skills
- Organizing skills, High Planning and High Planning
- Microsoft Office Software and Human Resource Management Systems
- Teamwork Working Spirit and Ability to Solve
Education and Conditions:
BR>- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Related Disciplines
- Introduction to Wage and Human Resources Software Systems
