Primary Function:
The essential function of this position is to execute and support the employment function of the Human Resources
department.

Mon - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:
• Employee relations (disciplinary actions).
• Apply fair and consistent corrective action and discipline.
• Conduct investigations, compile information and propose resolutions of issues between employees and/or
management.
• Advise management in development, application and interpretation of labor policies and practices.
• Monitor implementation of policies and oversee compliance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new company initiates and policies; update policies as required.
• Represent Mastronardi with unemployment cases.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of recognition and retention activities.
• Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of
action.
• Conduct exit interviews and compile data to analyze trends.
• Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting
research; developing and organizing information; ensuring successful execution.
Education/Background Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required, major in Human Resources preferred.
• At least three years of employee relations experience.
