Conducts human resources activities within a centralized organizational model, in compliance with management and government goals and objectives. This is an in-office position at our Headquarters in Centerville, UT. **Essential Functions:** + Conduct salary surveys and prepare information for contract proposals as requested by Director, Human Resources. + Audit facility staff training for compliance and make recommendations for necessary improvement. + Assist Directors, HR with the preparation of annual merit increases and bonuses. + Assist Directors, HR with the maintenance of position control and conduct audits to ensure adherence to contract. Assist with the completion and tracking of staffing revision requests. + Assist Managers, HR with new employee journey and performance evaluation monitoring. + Assist, HR Directors, with ensuring customer reports are accurate and completed on time. + Prepare customer required reports in accordance with specifications. Collaborate with facility director and other departments, as necessary. Submit to Manager, HR for timely submission. + Participate in new contract start-ups/transitions and end of contract activities. + Prepare requests for approval and notifications of staff changes as required by customers. + Maintain Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations in HR repository and update HCM as necessary. + Prepare upcoming calendar year holiday recommendations in compliance with SCA Wage Determinations and company policy. + Assist with adherence to collective bargaining agreements. + Support benefits and leave administration processes as necessary, by working with employee benefits team to deliver needed programs and resources to employees. + Provide innovations and suggestions for the continued transformation of HR business processes. + Maintain accountability of property; adhere to safety practices. + Demonstrate a commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment. + Contribute to company Culture of Caring by maintaining positive and respectful relationships with employees, customers, vendors, program recipients and our community. + Ensure day-to-day activities promote sustainability and reduce the impact on the environment by minimizing waste and maximizing recycling; saving energy; and minimizing water usage. + It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management. **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field and two years related experience. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement. + Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365. + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Must be willing and able to travel. + Unless waived by management, valid driver's license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record. _Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
