BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in Human Resources.
• 1year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

JOB SUMMARY:
HR Generalist responsibilities will require application of broad knowledge of HR and hands-on expertise with demonstrated results in several of the following functions/HR processes.
HR Support:
• Assist with various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related questions, providing accurate and timely information and guidance.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Change management, continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness, and organizational development.
• Effective strategic communications.
• Compliance issues such as EEO/AAP, FLSA and FMLA.
• Other duties as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIMENT USED:
1. Physical Demands:
• Work requires moderate physical effort including some constant standing and sitting.
• Lifting and carrying is limited to 10lbs. or less.
• Must pass Jaeger I eye exam.
2. Equipment Used:
• Standard Office Equipment.
3. Work Environment:
• Air-conditioned area; exposed to slight degree of noise, oil, dust, fumes, chemicals, heat or cold.
• Requires a fair amount of walking, some days most of the time may be spent sitting.
• Requires wearing safety glasses, ear plugs and Metatarsal shoes, and other department specific PPE.
