Human Resources Generalist
Description We are inviting applications for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager in the bustling city of New York. The role necessitates the management of a broad range of HR tasks, including legal recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, payroll, and HRIS system management. Responsibilities: • Oversee legal recruitment processes to ensure the selection of highly competent candidates • Develop and implement employee relations programs to foster a positive employer-employee relationship • Design performance management systems for evaluating employee performance • Ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance with legal and organizational standards • Manage employee benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention • Oversee the organization's payroll system to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages • Manage various HR tasks to support organizational operations • Implement and manage HRIS systems to streamline HR processes • Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations to perform duties effectively. Requirements • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. • Proficiency with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. • Familiarity with Ceridian, HRMS, and About Time software. • Experience with Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration. • A strong understanding of Compliance within the HR field. • Proven track record in Employee Relations. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
