Human Resources Generalist
Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Job Description Position Overview: Manage a comprehensive and efficient full-cycle recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with hiring managers to address recruiting and hiring needs, including job postings, marketing, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring decisions, and extending job offers. + Develop and maintain an effective sourcing network to promptly fill requisitions. + Lead, coordinate, and participate in hosting both onsite and offsite job fairs. + Implement and drive a robust social media recruiting strategy. + Establish and nurture partnerships with local high schools, technical schools, and colleges to support recruitment efforts. + Conduct onboarding activities, including new employee orientations. + Provide support for employee relations, fostering engagement and effectively resolving concerns. + Assist employees with various HR-related topics and resolve any arising issues. + Guide managers and employees in understanding and applying tools, policies, and procedures to enhance performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve engagement, and ensure legal compliance.
