Job Title: Human Resources Generalist
Location: Sheboygan, WI Salary: $65-75K   Job Summary of the Human Resources Generalist:   The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing HR support to the manufacturing facility in the areas of recruitment, workers compensation, time and attendance, and employee relations. This position will work closely with the corporate HR team and local plant leaders.   Qualifications of Human Resources Generalist:
•    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
•    3+ years of human resources generalist experience.
•    HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
•    Bilingual a plus.
•    ADP, KRONOS, ATS experience preferred.
•    PHR, SHRM-CP certification a plus.    Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:
•    Remain current on developments in the HR field.
•    Creates HR metrics, reports, and other documents as needed.
•    Assist in maintaining all personnel records in accordance with EEO, privacy, and related requirements.
•    Assist in regulatory compliance including posting required notifications, generating applicable documentation, and maintaining employee files.
•    Provide guidance to employees and leadership relative to policy administration and interpretation.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organization design efforts.
•    Assure discreet and sensitive handling of all confidential personnel business.
•    Assist with updating and organizing job descriptions.
•    Conduct job interviews (phone screenings and in-person).
•    Prepare and conduct new hire orientations and process all new hire documentation.
•    Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I‐9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically conducts audits.
•    Manage the annual performance review process.
•    Support the Plant Manager with staff development, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
•    Administer benefits meetings for open enrollment and new hires.
•    Manage terminations and facilitate the exit interview process.
•    Assist in the development of office and field employee communications.
•    Help develop and plan employee activities/parties.
•    Assist the EHS team with planning and logistics for the Safety Committee meetings and periodic safety meetings.
