The role of the HR Generalist will focus on new employee onboarding and orientation, talent acquisition for technical positions in aircraft assembly and machining, and the implementation of initiatives to enhance employee morale and foster a positive company culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires into the company Conduct orientation session to familiarize employees with company policies, procedures, and cultureCollaborate with department managers to ensure new employees receive the necessary training and resourcesPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for technical roles in aircraft assembly and machining Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and industry networks to attract qualified candidatesScreen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process, ensuring a strong candidate experienceDesign and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and moraleOrganize team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms to promote a positive work environmentCollaborate with leadership to assess and enhance the company culture, ensuring alignment with organizational valuesMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulationsPerform any other duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field2+ years of experience in Human Resources, office management, and/or customer service setting, preferably in manufacturing or technical environmentStrong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and onboarding best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationFamiliarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software preferredKnowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sectorAbility to analyze employee feedback and drive culture change initiatives Options Apply NowApplyShare this jobEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
