Robert Half is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join a growing team in Del Mar, CA. In this role, you’ll provide vital support in key HR functions and help create a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities + Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. + Assist in the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. + Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, such as job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes. + Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries about benefits and payroll. + Lead talent development initiatives, including employee training, coaching, and succession planning. + Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and federal/state regulations. + Prepare and maintain employee records, HR metrics, and reporting. + Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention. Requirements + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience: 2 to 4 years of HR generalist experience. Skills: + Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements. + Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification a plus.
