Lambert by LLYC is seeking a talented and driven Human Resource Generalist with 3-4 years of experience to join teh US Talent team and support the implementation of global talent strategies within the U.S. region. This role will be instrumental in ensuring regional alignment with global HR policies while maintaining compliance with U.S. labor laws. The HR Generalist will provide operational and strategic support across various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Talent Strategy & Implementation: Support the execution of global talent initiatives within the U.S., ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local legal requirements.
+ Policy & Compliance: Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to align with global strategies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
+ Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, handling investigations, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
+ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist and support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
+ HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS updates, and support benefits administration as needed.
+ Training & Development: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs to support employee growth and compliance.
+ Talent Projects: Participate in Talent related initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
+ 3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
+ Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
+ Experience in policy development or implementation.
+ Excellent oral, written communication and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
+ High attention to detail
+ Ability to collaborate with global and regional HR teams.
+ Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ HR certification (aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP) preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
