Human Resources Generalist
Human Resources Generalist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition, HR processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent. + Oversee documentation related to HR processes and ensure data integrity in HRIS. + Facilitate new employee onboarding and maintain employee data. + Oversee employee leave management processes and company recognition programs. + Conduct objective investigations and resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently. + Act as the point of contact for company benefits plans, including annual benefits open enrollment and issue resolution. + Develop, implement, and maintain required regulatory reporting (AAP, EEO, VETS, OSHA, etc.). + Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, including but not limited to DOL and EEOC. + Coordinate talent/performance review processes and training initiatives. + Manage the Voice of Employee (VOE) process, analyze data, determine metrics, and implement process improvement projects. + Partner with the Corporate Payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing, including communication of changes, reviewing timecards, tracking vacation accruals, and answering employee questions related to payroll. + Act as liaison with Workers Compensation insurer to manage all workers compensation claims to closure. + Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. + Perform all other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + 3-5 years of HR experience + Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement + Experience in manufacturing is a plus + Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is a plus + Bachelor's degree is a plus + MUST have experience with coaching, counseling, FMLA, ADA, and other regulations + Talent acquisition experience is required Experience Level: Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
