Key Responsibilities:


Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication.

• Implement employee recognition and engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.

• Serve as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.


HR Operations & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Manage training and development initiatives, including safety training, handbook updates, and anti-harassment programs.

• Support HRIS and data management functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Ensure clear and effective internal communications, helping employees understand their role in the broader company mission.


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

• Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, advertising, talent events, and candidate interviews.

• Process offers and background checks and coordinate new hire orientation with managers.

• Facilitate seamless onboarding, ensuring new hires have the necessary resources and a smooth transition into their roles.


Strategic HR Initiatives:

• Contribute to HR-related projects that support operational efficiency and business growth.

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1-3 years of HR experience in areas such as HRIS, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

• A passion for HR, with a continuous drive for improvement and excellence.

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. 

• Experience in a 24-hour manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Paylocity experience is a plus.
