Responsibilities

Serve as an expert on FCRA and ban-the-box legislation across our entire footprintEnsure compliance and manage the company’s riskEnsure that pre-employment background checks are completed on every hire and reviewed in a timely mannerReview all pre-employment background checks that do not clearly meet the company’s requirements, perform individualized assessments of those cases, and document decisionsDevelop effective operational partnerships; effectively handle conversations with affected candidates and managersPartner with our background check provider on any report delays, candidate disputes, and situations that require additional research

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred2+ years relevant experience; experience with multi-site field operations preferredStrong communication skillsExcellent writing skillsExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to evaluate risk and make consistent decisions in a high-volume environment
