**Job Title:** **Human Resources Generalist**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and administering a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and training. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive work environment, drive organizational goals, and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
+ Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies and other talent sources.
+ Act as the first point of contact to deal with employee relations
+ Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
+ Support the performance appraisal process, including guiding managers on evaluations and feedback.
+ Help maintain training records and compliance documentation.
+ Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training compliance).
+ Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
+ Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
+ Bilingual (Chinese and English)
**Skills:**
+ Strong understanding of HR functions and practices (e.g., recruitment, performance management, employee relations).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software
+ Bilingual (Chinese and English)
**Pay Details:** $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
