Key Responsibilities:
Foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Support employee development and training programs. Manage total rewards systems to attract and retain top talent. Oversee Human Resource Information Systems and recruitment processes. Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Manager, Plant Manager, and Corporate HR team on strategic HR initiatives.What We’re Looking For:
