We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our clients team in Baytown, TX. The HR Generalist will provide support across a range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and performance evaluations.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving conflicts.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records in the system.
Conduct new employee onboarding and facilitate training programs.
Assist in developing HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
Support the HR team with any additional tasks or projects as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Experience with HRIS systems.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
