Job Title: Analyst/ Associate
Job Description:
The Human Resources Analyst/Associate will support the Regional HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Private Wealth Solutions in enhancing operations and effectiveness across a range of HR strategies and cyclical processes. This role will involve preparing, tracking, and monitoring work and projects for the HR Business Partner team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for comprehensive learning in best-in-class strategic approaches to engaging, managing, and developing our human capital. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide tactical support to Regional HRBPs in executing HR processes, including talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity, and mobility.
Extract and organize data to generate insights for various initiatives, such as headcount management, diversity and inclusion, talent and performance management, and ongoing data audits.
Collaborate with Regional HRBPs and the Global Talent Development team to design and implement talent development initiatives, including executive coaching assignments.
Support HR projects related to legislation and labor laws in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, China, and Korea to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
Manage global mobility cases to ensure employees receive comprehensive support during transfers, relocations, and assignments.
Oversee the new hire culture integration process, including check-ins and onboarding plans.
Project manage or assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Generalist knowledge of HR processes, concepts, and practices.
Strong judgment with a proven ability to make sound decisions and develop creative solutions in a dynamic setting.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and trends, and to develop solutions or recommendations addressing root causes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to leverage data for insights and strategies that support business decisions.
Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate effectively across HR and business functions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
