Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager. As an HR Manager, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including managing the human resources function, aligning human capital with business strategy, adopting best practices, and attracting, developing, and retaining employees.
Responsibilities:
• Align human capital with business strategy and adopt best practices in HR management.
• Attract, develop, and retain employees to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Assist in the design, development, implementation, compliance, communication, and documentation of cost-effective HR-related programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with management in developing the company’s safety, risk, and claims management programs.
• Manage and advise on employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure effective training and development opportunities are provided to meet current and future business needs.
• Oversee the design, development, and compliance of the company’s wage and salary structure, compensation policies, and benefit programs.
• Manage the HR department team to deliver outstanding internal customer service while fostering a team environment.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment litigation to ensure organizational compliance.
• Develop and provide regular relevant human resources reporting to the management team.
• Maintain the HRIS system for all required processes and transactions that provide data and reporting on HR activity
Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of Human Resources Manager.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.
• Experience with Ceridian is necessary.
• Understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) is needed.
• Ability to handle Benefit Functions effectively is required.
• Exceptional communication skills are a must.
• Understanding and maintaining compliance in all HR-related matters is necessary.
• Proven skills in employee relations are needed.
• Experience in managing hiring processes is required.
• Prior experience in the Stone/Glass/Concrete Manufacturing industry is preferred.
