Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an HR Intern to be a part of making this happen.

We are looking for an Human Resource Intern in our Bengaluru office for minimum 6 months to work with operations of the People function in a fast-paced Cybersecurity company.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

People: 

Assisting in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.  HR administrative works (ex.: benefit/ leaves administration, record keeping and documentation etc.) Coordinate in office for HR initiatives Handling general HR inquiries from employees  Providing support to the HR team with various tasks as needed Files and documentation like new joiner onboarding, compliance paperwork 

Talent Acquisition: 

Own and drive the onsite interview experience for candidates. This includes securing interview rooms, ensuring interviewers stay on schedule, and escorting candidates in and out of the office. When needed, support the recruiting coordination team with scheduling candidate screening calls — in close partnership with our onsite Talent Acquisition team. 

Key Skills 

Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace Strong written and verbal communication skills High empathy and communication skills Ability to work reliability on personal sensitive data Proactive self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a teamStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks 

Minimum Qualifications 

Pursuing a Bachelor´s degree in HR or related  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) Exposure to/experience with an ERP system Organizational skills, attention to detail 

  

Environment and Physical Demands 

Work is primarily sedentary in nature and can be executed sitting or standing positions in an office environment.  Requires ability to utilize technology related to using a keyboard, verbal communication, and work with device screens which require visual acuity. If located in a company office, often requires the mobility to physically navigate the space.  In the event of business travel, mobility sufficient to utilize public and private transport and navigate to essential locations. May include moving or lifting of 25 pounds or less (e.g., office chair, reams of paper).

Typically 10% or less of business travel

Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.Each successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check and an employment verification as a condition of employment.
