What You'll Do Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture Participates in team meetings and activities Performs other duties as assigned Assists with the implementation of human resources procedures and processes May answer and direct calls, greet team members, and responds to team member inquiries and requests for information Experience using Microsoft Office and human resources information system(s) Exposure to employee relations, federal compliance, performance evaluations, and other important areas of human resources What You'll Need Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment required Ability to learn quickly and multitask required Ability to pay close attention to detail required Strong quality and results orientation with a proactive approach Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures Ability to work independently with moderate level of direction Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail High sense of confidentiality Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and work effectively among a diverse group of people Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to present to senior leaders Passion for innovation and a leader for change Must meet CMC attendance standards Ability to interact with coworkers and customers in a positive manner, follow directions and work rules and accept constructive feedback required Ability to work overtime as necessary outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification required, including weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years old Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Your Education Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university
