As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR. You will work closely with our HR team to support initiatives related to company culture, recruitment and onboarding, HR trend research, and safety and compliance auditing. Job DescriptionCulture Development:Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Organize and participate in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.Gather employee feedback and help develop strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and morale.Recruitment and Onboarding:Support the recruitment process by taking time to understand our business and revamp our interview processes.HR Trend Research:Conduct research on emerging HR trends, best practices, and innovative approaches to talent management.Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and leadership.Provide recommendations based on research to enhance HR strategies and initiatives.Safety and Compliance Auditing:Assist in conducting safety audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance matters.Support the development and implementation of training programs to promote a safe and compliant work environment.QualificationsAnticipated graduation date between December 2025 or June 2026 pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and contributing to HR initiatives.What We Offer:
