We are very excited to welcome our new Human Resources Intern to our team!

The role is based in our Budapest GSS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.
The summary of your role:
Provide valuable support in carrying out the organization's day-to-day HR activities. Maintain the accuracy of employee files and assist in implementing company policies. Provide support for the monthly payroll closing.

What You Will Do

As an HR Intern, you will support in the following activities:

Coordinate and support the onboarding of new employeesCreate and maintain employee documentationCommunicate relevant downstream information to other relevant teams and 3rd party vendorsGenerate ad-hoc or recurring reports out of the HRIS systemUpdate our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsProvide support for the monthly payroll closingAddress employee queriesWrites employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policiesPerforms ad hoc tasks as required

What Will You Bring to IFF

Excellent Hungarian and English language skills, both verbal and writtenOngoing university/high level education, preferably in the field of HR or economicsAny experience in Human Resources is an advantageAvailability to work minimum 25 hours a week with flexibility according to your scheduleWell versed in handling confidential HR information Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and timelinessMust be detail oriented in order to be able to manage data entry with large volume of transactionsBeing a team player with a can-do-mentalityIntermediate MS Office skills
