Human Resources Intern
The internship program is scheduled to take place from May to August. OVERVIEW Support the HR department in various human resources activities, employee relations, onboarding, and administrative duties. Gain hands-on experience in HR and understanding of how a professional HR department operates. Learn and work with experienced HR professionals, learning to understand about HR processes, compliance, and best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) • Support internal recruitment, new employee onboarding, and assisting with orientation. • Support and observe in employee relations investigations. • Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and events. • Maintain employee records, data entry and tracking, assist payroll review and corrections. • Support special HR projects, such as policy reviews, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, preferred.
