Role Summary Key accountabilities As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our HR department during an exciting time of growth and innovation. You’ll assist with organizing and maintaining HR documents, digitalizing records, updating registry books, and ensuring our processes run smoothly. Beyond day-to-day tasks, you’ll gain hands-on experience with HR tools and systems as we implement a new HRIS, background checks platform, and automation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful HR projects in an international environment. A crucial part of the role is to: Document organization: Take charge of organizing and archiving HR documents, creating a streamlined and accessible system for easy future reference. Team support: Be a valued member of the HR Operations team by managing inquiries, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across the team. Data management: Help maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee data by accurately updating records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational protocols. HR Correspondence management: Assist in crafting professional HR-related documents such as employment confirmations, offering a personalized and detail-oriented touch to our employee communications. What you bring: Skills & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (or complementary Google apps). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. Proficient in English. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus. Attitude & Mindset Self-motivated individual who takes personal responsibility for tasks and delivers results. Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to follow-up. Focus on providing a positive employee experience. Curiosity to learn and challenge the status quo.
