Job Description

As part of a multi-divisional shared service HR team, work closely with our HR Business Partners and HR Advisors to deliver an excellent level of service to our associates and leadership team.

Work closely with our HRS Services team in Budapest, raising tickets / requests and ensuring on time deliveryManage the absence management process, ensuring the process is communicated appropriately to our leadership team, systems are up to date and relevant information is stored on e-fileCo-ordinate our long service process, including correspondence to associatesOrganise our Company induction and be involved in some content deliverySupport with the annual trainee recruitment process from an administration perspectiveEnsure business relevant content on our Bosch intranet is up to date and relevantSubmit relevant monthly submissions to our Global Services Payroll team

QualificationsYou should be studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business Studies, Economics, etc;Strong attention to detailGood interpersonal/communication skillsSelf-motivated and eager to learnHave excellent English communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information

Please note that we would like you to start in July 2025 for a 12-month Internship. Shorter terms and sooner start date can be discussed. This position is open to undergraduates who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their degree course.
