We are seeking a motivated **Human Resources Intern** to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions through a structured rotational program. This internship provides exposure to **Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics** , allowing interns to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to key HR initiatives. **_This role will be onsite working in a hybrid work format, with a requirement to be in the corporate office in Lexington, KY 3 days per week_** **How You’ll Make an Impact** During the internship, you will rotate through the following HR functions: 1. **Total Rewards:** 2. Assist with employee compensation and benefits programs. 3. Support wellness initiatives and assist with benefits enrollment. 4. Research industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies. 5. **Organization Design:** 6. Support OD Team in analyzing and optimizing organizational structures. 7. Assist in job analysis and role alignment. 8. Contribute to change management. 9. **Talent Acquisition:** 10. Assist with developing onboarding processes and new hire orientations. 11. Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies. 12. **Data Analytics:** 13. Support analysis of HR metrics. 14.
