**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a focus on onboarding, orientation setup, and assisting with new employee orientation. This is an opportunity to work with a leading, non-profit organization in the health care industry. Mentorship and professional development opportunities.
This is a hybrid, paid internship requiring 20 hours per week. Interns are expected to work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and days when there are internship activites scheduled.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Onboarding:** Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Assist with our internship program and activities.
+ **Learning & Development:** Create meaningful professional and education opportunities for employees.
+ **New Employee Orientation:** Support the HR team in conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing information on company policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation related to onboarding and orientation.
+ **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed. Learn and utilize Microsoft Power Automate.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
+ Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
+ Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
