About the role:  

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on administrative tasks and HR policies and process documentation. 

What will you be doing?   

Your responsibilities will include:  

Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the People Operations / Human Resources Team, including data entry, filing, facilitating and assisting in office events, and managing HR-related documentation. Support the People team in the creation, review, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Participate in the development and documentation of HR processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with current laws and regulations. Help in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring they are complete and kept confidential. Assist Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication within the company. Support the HR team in conducting research on HR best practices, trends, and legal changes. Perform other related duties as assigned, providing overall support to the People Team.

What you will bring to our team:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Willing to commit to a minimum of 300 internship hours. Strong administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn more about the field.
