Where will you be based and what business will you support?
You will be working in the Local HR team, part of GSC (Global Service Center) located in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona). Assisting a company of 100 employees.
Reporting directly to the Local HR (with whom you will work) and to the Office Manager.
How can you help us?
As HR Intern in GSC Spain, you will:
Assist in the complete employee cycle (E2E) and collaborate with our internal and external partners – Labour Relations.
Maintenance & monitoring of the HR database and documents.
Monitoring & management of various processes: working hours records, permits and vacations, flexible pay and other benefits, training, etc.
Contribute to the development of our company culture and employee well-being.
Participate in additional HR projects when necessary (occupational risk prevention, equality plan, proposals from the company committee, etc.).
Facilitate event coordination.
Qualifications
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Your profile should demonstrate a combination of a self-starter attitude, attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Education background ideally with a foundation of HR knowledge (Labour Relations, Law, HR, or a similar field).
Able to enter into an internship agreement with your university or study center and be available for a part-time internship of 4 to 5 months, dedicating 20 to 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Language: English level B2.2 – C1.1, both written and spoken. Able to use English for daily communication with colleagues and managers from abroad.
Technical skills: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
