Tractor Supply Co. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and contribute to the success of our HR initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Talent & Organizational Development Intern Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and development programs. Assist in design, development, implementation and evaluation of curriculumHR Systems Intern Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to update employee records, generate reports, and assist with data analysis. Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and assist in compliance efforts. Maintain accurate HR records and assist in generating HR reports as needed. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Enthusiasm for HR and a desire to learn about HR best practices. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Customer-orientation Detail-oriented approach to work Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access and Excel.
